As the lack of rain
dried up the stream,
as winds howl
and fires burn,
Nature teaches
sometimes
there is no reprieve
except to say
sometimes
things just are.
Actually,
most times
life just is.
Americans themselves can work on healing the divide in this country by choosing to accept the election results no matter which side is the victor. It’s up to us, our elected officials, and the media to stop the blame game and work together to end divisiveness. Acceptance is key to uniting our nation.
